Ezzah Fatima
Founder: Holistic Healing
Ezzah Fatima is a CPCAB certified and BACP (UK) accredited, integrative psychotherapist. She is also a certified clinical trauma specialist and an EMDR therapist. She is trained in somatic work, EFT, CBT, and addiction. Her areas of expertise are anxiety, greif, depression, (C)ptsd, food disorder and abuse (physical, sexual, and emotional). She is currently completing her TRE provider training from David Bercelli’s TRE for all.
Ezzah is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for her clients where she values the importance of trust, empathy, confidentiality, and collaboration. She supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and gently working through trauma at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Ezzah’s approach is centered on helping clients break free from patterns of stuckness, build safety in their lives, and move toward lasting, embodied healing with clarity and confidence. Being fluent in Urdu, English, Pashto, and Punjabi, she has over 5 years of experience working with clients from different areas. She sees clients in person (Islamabad/rwp) and online (globally).

Saadia Awais
Psychotherapist
Saadia Awais is a CPCAB certified and BACP (UK) accredited integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. She is also a clinical trauma professional, Somatic therapist, NLP practioner and an EMDR therapist. She is trained in DBT, EFT and ACT. Her areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, sleep and eating disorders, PTSD, postpartum anxiety and PPD. She is also currently completing her TRE provider training from David Bercelli’s TRE for all.
Saadia’s approach integrates somatic approaches with traditional psychotherapy to facilitate lasting, embodied healing. Her work focuses on the nervous system, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, process difficult experiences, and build a greater sense of safety and self-regulation, while restoring mind-body balance. She believes in creating a space that is warm, grounded, safe, and non-judgemental in order to provide effective and tailored care at the client’s own pace.

Umair Hassan is a CPCAB certified and BACP (UK) accredited integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapist and counsellor. He is also a CBT and NLP practitioner with further training in IFS, CPT, and PE. His expertise is working with anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, chronic stress, childhood, and acute trauma. He focuses on the client’s over all well being, empowerment, and self-development through building practical tools that work best for them.

Rabail Qureshi

Rabail is a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through emotional challenges. Trained in trauma treatment and specializing in solution-focused CBT, she empowers her clients, particularly those dealing with depression and anxiety.
In addition to her work with individuals, Rabail is an experienced couples counselor, helping partners navigate relationship dynamics and enhance their emotional connections. She also holds a certification in Parents’ and Teachers’ training, demonstrating her commitment to the well-being of children and families.

Siham Zafar
Somatic Yoga Practitioner, Sound Healer
Siham Zafar is a certified yoga teacher, with a 200 hour teacher training from One Yoga, Thailand. Originally from Karachi, Siham discovered yoga at a time where she felt lost and disconnected with herself. What began as a personal journey soon evolved into a deep calling, one that brought clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose to her life. In 2018 she said goodbye to her corporate career to follow her passion for yoga full-time.
Captivated by the fluidity, strength, and meditative qualities of vinyasa, Siham’s classes emphasize on both strength and mobility in a dynamic flow. Her approach is rooted in personal experience, and she believes in the power of disconnecting to reconnect with one’s own eternal essence, helping those on the path of yoga to find and live their ‘truth’.
In addition to being a vinyasa yoga teacher, Siham is also a certified sound healer and trained kids yoga instructor. She currently resides in Islamabad, where she offers group sessions, private one-on-one, and corporate classes.
